Results Portfolio
Each case in our register tells us something concrete about how a lead generation approach actually performs. We show the work here not to celebrate any single company, but to ground our assessment in real outcomes. The patterns you see across these cases are the foundation of how we rate contractors and services in our community.
The difference between a contractor who consistently closes leads and one who doesn’t often comes down to how they handle qualification and first contact — and that’s measurable.
Why these and not others
We selected these cases because they show the full range of what we measure: from how well a service filters for genuine opportunities, to how their systems handle the back-and-forth of real customer inquiry, to the consistency of their follow-up. Each one taught us something different about what separates well-run lead generation from the rest.

| Aspect Measured | What We Look For | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Lead Qualification | Are prospects pre-vetted before contractor contact? | Saves contractor time and improves close rate |
| Response Time | How quickly is initial contact made? | The first responder often wins the job |
| Documentation | Is there a clear record of interaction? | Contractors can assess whether the service is worth repeat investment |
| Consistency | Do results hold across multiple time periods? | One good month means nothing; pattern over months is everything |
What to notice

How each was chosen
Step 1: We gather available documentation from each service
This means response logs, first contact records, estimated conversion rates if they’re willing to share them, and feedback from contractors who have used them. We don’t make assumptions about what “good” means — we look at what actually happened.
Step 2: We run each case against the same four measures
Lead qualification, response time, documentation quality, and consistency across time. If a service excels in three of four, that tells us something. If it’s uneven, that tells us something too. The register measures fairly, not generously.
Step 3: We leave the case here for you to examine
You see not just our rating but the reasoning. If you run a roofing business and disagree with how we assessed something, that’s worth knowing about yourself — it’s not a judgment, it’s calibration. You know your market better than we do.
